Accepting 100 teams for the 2019 event!

TEAM ENTRY WILL BEGIN november 1, 2018.


  • Entry & Payment due by start of event.

  • 2-Person Teams

  • Only legal hunting methods are allowed (no trapping / snaring permitted).

  • Legal baiting methods are allowed.

  • Coyotes must be taken within event hours.

  • Start February 8th at 5:00pm EST. You WILL NOT have to check in at Scott Pet to start. We will be using the honor system. If you try to check in coyotes older than 2 days it will be quite obvious so please, be honest. Don't forget this is for a cause.

  • Participants must be at Parke Co. 4H Fairgrounds by 3:00pm EST on Sunday the 10th. We will check you in and your coyotes.


  • Meal and door prizes will be provided Sunday starting at 3pm. Keep an eye on the door prizes as the list continues to grow!

  • 50% of money raised will be donated to the Wounded Warrior In Action. The other 50% will be paid out to the winners. (Number of spots paid will be determined by number of teams). 

  • In the event of a tie, winners will be determined by weight of largest coyote.

  • A TAGGING SYSTEM WILL BE USED THIS YEAR.  We will send out a text or you may call in the morning of February 7th to receive tagging information & instructions. Please call 812-208-6197 if you do not receive the text.

  • HEAVY DOG POT (Optional)- $20 BUY-IN, WINNER TAKE ALL.  Participating contestants will have coyotes weighed by event staff at check-in.  Heaviest coyote wins. 100% Payback on the Heavy Dog Pot.

  • We are accepting the first 100 teams for this event.
